Bonita rocked an elegant crepe gown by Blue by Enzoani and made the decision to pair it perfectly with a shimmering sash that Bonita took on and off throughout the day. Yes, please! Something White bride + stylist, Anna married her best friend in a stunning Minnesota wedding on New Years Eve. Nothing about their day (or engagement - hello global pandemic) was what they expected but dang did it turn out gorgeous. We love all of the personal details of Mik + Anna’s special day. From the ceremony + reception being held in Anna’s parents yard to Anna’s something borrowed being a scarf from her neighbor + rocking handmade masks, every moment of this day is jammed full of meaning + warmth.

MEET OUR SHOP DOG

Well hello there! I’m Lard! A sixteen pound ball of white fluff! I am a 10 year old Shih Tzu + have spent my entire life hanging out with my mom + being a good boy. Recently, I was promoted to “shop dog” - a fancy term that just means I get to come to work with my mom + meet lots of beautiful Kansas City brides + their families. I like to bask in the sun at the front of the boutique + run to greet my new friends as they enter the shop - I am told I give the best “hello’s”!

REAL BRIDE: Haley

Brock + Haley’s Sabetha, Kansas wedding was simple, summery + perfect. With earthy tones + terra-cotta accents, the bride + groom said their I do’s in front of their closest friends + family. Brock popped the question on Christmas Eve at Liquid Art Winery in Manhattan, Kansas + Haley found her dream gown for their dream day shortly after in February. She was able to bring her mom, future mother-in-law, sister + future sister-in-law to her appointment + when her stylist suggested trying Robert Bullock Bride’s Sunni gown, it was practically a no-brainer! It’s comfortable, simple + felt like Haley so she said yes to the dress!

REAL BRIDE: Lexie

We are suckers for weddings at Eighteen Ninety Event Space in Platte City, Missouri + we are head over heels in love with Lexie + Johnny’s simple + elegant wedding. Although the two had initially planned on tying the knot of June 6th, they quickly realized that their ultimate goal was to have a day that was safe + worked with all vendors, so they postponed to July 24th.
