COVID-19 Policies + Procedures UPDATE
COVID-19 Policies + Procedures
Effective Until Further Notice
“Wearing a mask or face covering can be uncomfortable, but this is a necessary step to ensure we can save lives and keep our economy open. We wear masks to protect our loved ones, those around us, and their loved ones.” - Mayor Quinton Lucas
We know COVID-19 is an evolving pandemic, but we want to assure you that we are doing everything we can to ensure your safety + provide maximum flexibility as we reopen. We are diligently monitoring updates + guidelines from WHO, CDC + local government organizations + will continue to update our policies in ordinance with such.
Appointment Guidelines:
Masks are required to be worn at all times. If you do not have one, a face covering will be provided for you before entering the boutique.
We will be limiting each group to no more than 3 guests in addition to the bride.
We will be limiting the number of guests in the boutique + collecting contact information for anyone who spends more than 10 minutes in the shop in the event contact tracing is necessary.
We ask that guests under the age of 15 stay home to eliminate the potential of spreading the virus undetected.
We will provide an iPad should you feel the need to Facetime with key decision makers that are not able to be present during your appointment.
We will require guests to remain seated in their private, separated, designated seating area to help limit contact with other parties that may be visiting the boutique at the same time.
We will only be allowing brides to browse through our inventory + ask that other party members remain seated during the gown selection process.
We will not be serving champagne + do not allow food or beverages from the outside.
We kindly ask you to reschedule your appointment if you have symptoms, are not feeling well, have had contact with COVID-19 in the last 14 days or have traveled to or from a hotspot.
Additional Tips:
Limit the number of in-store visits you make. Deciding to purchase your gown during your first appointment will save you needing to come for a second visit. If it is not possible to make an immediate purchase decision, we encourage you to order over the phone or via email.
We ask you to book + attend your appointment only if you are truly ready to find + purchase your gown. You can pre-shop your appointment via our Pinterest page where we list all current stock.
Schedule + attend a weekday appointment in order to have the entire boutique to yourself.
Reschedule your appointment if you have symptoms or are not feeling well.
Wash your hands often with soap + water for at least 20 seconds.
Avoid touching your eyes, nose + mouth.
The health + well being of our brides, SWBB team + community is of the utmost importance. We will continue to keep an eye on the evolving events + make further adjustments to our action plan if + when necessary. We are privileged + honored to be able to help you find your dream wedding gown + look forward to seeing you soon!
