COVID-19 Policies + Procedures

March 2020

As coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to evolve, Something White Bridal Boutique wants to inform you of our current practices + policies + what’s going on here at Something White Bridal Boutique to support you + your wedding gown shopping experience.

This is an evolving pandemic, but we want to assure you that we are doing everything we can to ensure your safety + provide maximum flexibility. We are diligently monitoring updates + guidelines from WHO, CDC + local government organizations.

Appointment Guidelines

As always, the safety + security of our brides, guests + consultants remains our highest priority. In response to the coronavirus, we have taken additional measures developed in consultation with global + local pubic health authorities [ including WHO, CDC + local government organizations ] to maintain our business to the best health + hygiene standards.

  • You will be greeted with a smile + a wave instead of a handshake or a hug.

  • We will ask guests to remain seated in their private, separated, designated seating area to help limit contact with other parties that may be visiting the boutique.

  • We will only be allowing our brides to browse through our inventory.

  • We have significantly increased the frequency of hand washing + cleaning by wiping down all touch points between each appointment.

  • We have cut our limit on the number of guests that may attend appointments. We will only be allowing three people in addition to the bride.

  • We will not be serving champagne + do not allow food or beverages from the outside.

  • We will be waiving rescheduling fees indefinitely.

For Something White Bride’s

  • Thus far, we have not had any major issues with shipping delays + all existing gown orders are currently expected to arrive on time.

  • If you are not comfortable picking up your gown in shop, we happily offer shipping options.

Tips

  • Limit the number of in-store visits you make. Deciding to purchase your gown during your first appointment will save you needing to come for a second visit. If it is not possible to make an immediate purchase decision, we encourage you to order over the phone or via email.

  • We ask you to book + attend your appointment only if you are ready to find + purchase your gown. You can pre-shop your appointment via our Pinterest page where we list all current stock.

  • Schedule + attend a weekday appointment in order to have the entire boutique to yourself.

  • Reschedule your appointment if you have symptoms or are not feeling well.

  • Wash your hands often with soap + water for at least 20 seconds.

  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose + mouth.

The health + well being of our brides, SWBB team + community is of the utmost importance. We will continue to keep an eye on the evolving events + make further adjustments to our action plan if + when necessary. We are privileged + honored to be able to help you find your dream wedding gown + look forward to seeing you soon.

Should you need anything in the meantime for any reason at all, we can be reached remotely via email at hello@somethingwhitebridalboutique.com, via phone at 816.216.7454 or via Instagram at @somethingwhitebridalboutique.

Our best,
